How long does it take to receive the orders? +

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following:

All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business hours. This is also when you will receive your unique track and trace code.
Shipping will take around 3–10 business days depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries.

Yes, we ship all over the world. We currently ship to 65+ countries. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Currently Free Shipping applies on orders over $100 / €100 / £85.

Do you ship to my country? +

We excluded countries we can not ship to from checking out. This means if you are able to check out, we can ship to your country.

Can I track my order? +

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

You can return a product for any reason within 14 days guaranteed. No questions asked.

Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund the same day the return arrives.

What size should I get? +

All our clothes are based on standard sizing and most come with a tailor-made size chart. We recommend ordering 1 size up for the best fit, as our clothes are adjusted to the body.

👞 Our Shoes & Loafers are true to size. Since loafers don’t have laces, they should fit snugly. If unsure, go up one size or half-size for a better fit.

📏 Use the foot length guide (in CM/INCHES) provided — it's 100% accurate to the shoe size.
